Data & Account Deletion
You can leave, and take your inner world with you.
- Sign out: ends the session on this device. You can sign back in with the same Google or Apple account and pick up exactly where you left off.
- Delete account: permanently removes your profile, entries, readings, maps and any shared cards. This cannot be undone.
- Delete your account any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion runs on our servers and is only confirmed once everything — including your images — has been removed. Deleting your Sognia account does NOT cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store settings.
- Signing in again later with the same Google or Apple account creates a brand-new, empty account with a new anonymous name — nothing from the deleted account comes back.
- Backups and safety logs are purged on their regular cycle after deletion.
